Announcements made by the Auctioneer the day of the sale take precedence over any ads pertaining to this auction. All descriptions of the items are believed to be correct, however no warranty as such is or will be given. EACH LOT IS SOLD AS-IS, WHERE-IS AND WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS THEREIN. The item purchases becomes the responsibility of the buyer at the time it is called "SOLD". A 10% Buyer's Premium is added to each purchase along with 7% Sales Tax. Buyer's must present proof of sales tax number during checkout in order to be exempt.
